Authentic International Academy is an educational institution located in Kicukiro District, Niboye Sector. It is an institution that takes care of children from nursery school, primary school and ordinary level, with the goal of providing a good education, which is to raise a complete child characterized by wisdom and Christianity are what they hope will accompany him in his life forever.

Speaking to Igisabo.rw newspaper, the Director of the Authentic International Academy, Pastor Tuyizere Jean Baptiste, says that the school for the director started providing education in 2010, and currently they have 453 children in three classes. They also follow the lessons well and pass them properly. He says, “This is the center of the Zion Temple church, and we prioritize raising a complete Rwandan child and helping him gain knowledge, but we also prepare him to be a complete person, who will benefit the country and the world in general. Experts say that a well-educated child has 15% chance of being healthy, and they also say that if he has 45% of good values that will help him throughout his life in the world. So based on these examples and others, we had the primary goal of helping the child to benefit himself, thanks to the knowledge he gets from school, and in the education given to him by parents who help raise the country.”

Pastor Tuyizere, says that in order to believe that the goal is to raise the country’s children who are skilled and have real values, they rely on three things: Head, heart and hand. The large parts of the human body can also be the model of a good, future child. Regarding the meals for the students, he said that they don’t have any problems, because there is a canteen in the school that has been given to a competent and independent Rwiyemezmirimo, who cooperates with the parents who want the children to get a meal, and those who can’t go home and it’s done well.

Another thing he says is that every semester there is a three-day training for teachers, that is 9 times a year, they are encouraged to continue to be diligent in their work, and to continue to be characterized by appropriate values, and they are also encouraged to continue training those in charge, which are the children. they raise. All this is done with the cooperation of the children’s parents, because they are the first partners of the company.

Regarding the difficulties that the institution is facing, Pastor Tuyizere says that Covid 19 has disrupted many things including children’s education, but at Authentic International Academy these difficulties are overcome by the children and they learn well as they should.

He only asks parents to monitor their children because when they reach their homes they are tempted by many things including Social Media and Television, where they see scandalous videos, songs and talks that lead to adultery. So he asks parents to protect them from those temptations, but train them to love the lessons they repeat often because it is the one that will benefit them in the future, otherwise they will turn their backs.

Another problem that Pastor Tuyizere mentions is that they have access to expensive equipment, and they are asking the government to provide them in a simple way, as is the case with public schools. He says, “The government helps us get the necessary equipment, whether it’s technology books and all other necessities, if not often they also help us get them in a simple way without taxes. The government knows that we are a private institution that pays teachers 100% of the money that parents donate. We buy equipment, repair buildings, pay teachers and pay taxes. It is appropriate that all these things should be taken into account and come to our aid more often because our goal is to nurture the country.”

He concludes by asking parents to continue raising their children well together, because it is the legacy they have been given to raise the country well and also encourage them to love studies instead of being distracted by worldly things that are not useful.

He says that what people should know is that the children who are being raised now are the leaders of tomorrow and the educators of tomorrow, so they should be protected from raising them in bad habits that will prevent them from living well in the future.

He requests that the government should put in place solid measures in line with the behavior of the students at this time.

Regarding the Authentic International Academy, it is a model center supported by Sibomana Martin who has been at the center for 2 years and teaches from first to third high school.

 He testifies that their institution is still proud of its characteristic values, it is about the good management of the leaders, it is about the fellow educators who help each other, it is the politeness that characterizes the children who hunt that all these help them to be the first in everything. He says, “Our leaders guide us well, we have enough resources to help us in our work. Our children learn well and achieve well and have the courtesy to be proud of themselves.”

Mr. Sibomana Martin, says that the secret they use to be successful is a lot of training given to children and giving them time to use themselves, go to the library (Library) where they do research on their own, making them open their brains. He is also proud of the fact that they are paid well and on time, they are provided with insurance and they are given meals in a way that they are proud of, which makes them teach with more energy and enthusiasm.

He also asks their leaders to continue to be close to them, so that the good they do for them continues so that they continue to be proud and produce the required results.
